- Four weeks of paid time off. This is increased to five weeks after four years
- One week of CME time plus up to $4,000 per year for CME expenses
- Employer contribution to a simplified pension plan (IRA-SEP) of 12% annually; vested after 6 months of service

WHAT'S REQUIRED TO BECOME OUR BOARD CERTIFIED PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR?
- Active licensure to practice medicine in the State of Florida
- Board certification in Family Medicine
- Ability to obtain medical staff privileges within the local hospital network
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality care
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managed care or population health models
- Strong patient engagement and communication skills
- Experience working in team-based care environments
