Applications Developer Position Summary
We are seeking a Software Engineer with strong experience in C# and .NET development to design, build, and maintain scalable software applications. The ideal candidate possesses solid software engineering fundamentals, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience delivering high-quality solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.
While exposure to AI, machine learning, or Python development is a plus, our primary focus is identifying engineers with a strong foundation in software development who can quickly learn and adapt to emerging technologies.

This is not a typical software development position.
You will be working directly on next-generation AI initiatives inside a highly secure enterprise environment, helping build proprietary AI systems and internal automation capabilities for an organization making significant investments in the future of Artificial Intelligence.
Few organizations are deploying AI at this level within secure operational environments.
If you want to work where AI is actively being built, deployed, and scaled in real-world enterprise applications, this opportunity is worth serious consideration.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# and .NET technologies.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, QA, and other developers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including performance optimization and process enhancements.
- Learn and adopt new technologies as business needs evolve, including AI-related tools and frameworks where applicable.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET/.NET Core.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with object-oriented design principles, software design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience developing and consuming APIs and web services.
- Knowledge of source control systems such as Git.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python development.
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Generative AI technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of databases, SQL, and modern application architectures.
- Experience integrating third-party services and APIs.
