Description
The Warehouse Operator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, handling, and distributing materials and products in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production schedules, and ensuring timely shipment of finished goods while upholding company quality and safety standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Label, stock, organize, and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in accordance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
- Pick, stage, kit, and deliver materials to support production and manufacturing operations.
- Prepare, package, and load outbound shipments to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
- Perform routine cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Inspect materials and products for quality, damage, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and receiving records using company systems and documentation procedures.
- Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Shipping teams to ensure efficient material flow and support operational goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following established housekeeping and safety standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory control, and workplace safety.
- Assist with other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Prior warehouse experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Experience with inventory software preferred.
