Position Summary
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Warehouse Operations Specialist to take ownership of our day-to-day warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll manage the flow of goods in and out of our facility, ensuring every shipment is accurate, on time, and handled with care. This is a hands-on position with full responsibility for maintaining inventory integrity and keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized to ensure quality, safety, and smooth flow of inventory
- Accurately maintain data within our inventory systems to ensure efficient operations and reliable stock counts
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
- Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders with a high level of accuracy and care
- Perform quality checks and inspections on incoming and outgoing products
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments using carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL
- Generate shipping labels, packing lists, and required documentation
- Perform periodic cycle counts and inventory adjustments
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and sales teams to support order fulfillment
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and shipping best practices
- Assist with light assembly, testing, or preparation of products as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse/inventory experience. Electronics manufacturing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent in performance
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others
- Must be able to multitask and manage priorities
- Experience with UPS, FedEx, DHL, or similar shipping platforms
- Proficient with inventory management software tools
- Experience with shipping/handling electronic components is a plus
- Technical and basic diagnostic skills are a plus
- International shipping experience is a plus
- Forklift experience is a plus
Physical Requirements & Good to Know Info
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the day
- Ability to safely lift and move items up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable using ladders and working in a warehouse environment
- Our warehouse is about 2200 square feet, easily maintained and operated by one person
- This position has no direct reports
- Hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (your choice)
- This is a salaried position, 40 hours a week
