Title: Sr. Pharmacist Location: Jacksonville, FL Duration: 2+ Months/ Extend Job Description:<ul> <li>Perform medication therapy management (MTM) functions and compounds Dispense medications within regulatory guidelines Assure proper and economic use of medications Provide medication information and advice to patients, physicians, nurses and other healthcare providers Manage and utilize the approved formulary Basic knowledge of commonly used software such as Microsoft Outlook and Word Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>Skills:<ul> <li>Ability to speak, understand, read and write English</li> <li>Must have a State of Florida Pharmacy License</li> <li>Must have Pharmacist experience</li> <li>Experience using Microsoft Office, Outlook and Word</li> <li>Experience interpreting prescriptions</li> <li>Experience performing medication therapy management (MTM) functions, compounds and dispense medications within regulatory guidelines</li> <li>Ability to assure the proper and economic use of medications</li> <li>Ability to provide medication information and advise to patients, physicians, nurses and other healthcare providers</li> <li>Experience managing and utilizing the approved formulary</li> <li>Experience using Health Management System (HMS)</li> <li>Experience using pharmacy software (QS1)</li></ul>
