Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $44.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8-hour shifts with overtime available. Day shifts, some projects may require evening shift. (Weekends as needed scheduled with notice)

Key Responsibilities of the Sheet Metal Foreman include:
- Planning & Administration - Plans, assigns, and schedules pipe-fitting jobs based on priorities and the availability of resources
- Equipment & Materials - Orders materials, equipment, and supplies and coordinates (inspects, counts, & stores) site deliveries
- Field Supervision - Ensures the training and performance of staff in work and safety procedures and provides ongoing evaluations
- Job Site Presence - Ensures there is always a supervisory presence to oversee and assume responsibility for all work activities and attend all job site meetings
- Project Manager Collaboration - Ensures clear, constant, and consistent communication takes place between the field and office
Qualified candidates will have:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the sheet metal trade
- Ability to read and interpret contract drawings and shop drawings
- Ability to read and interpret specifications and submittals
- Ability to lay out and create simple drawings
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Must have a valid driver's license
