You'll be responsible for delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience, working closely with the management and service team to ensure every detail reflects the quality and standards of our brand.
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a server in an upscale or fine dining environment
- Ability to balance high-volume service with refined and attentive guest interaction
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in English
- Calm, solutions-oriented, and gracious under pressure
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic restaurant service technology
- Knowledge of wine and spirits is required; familiarity with Japanese cuisine and sake is preferred
- Formal hospitality training or certifications are a plus
- Working knowledge of Spanish or another language is a plus
