Responsibilities

• Work hand in hand with the team leader to support daily operations and client experience
• Follow up with warm inbound buyer and seller leads (no cold prospecting)
• Pre-qualify leads and set appointments for the team leader
• Communicate with clients and provide a high-level experience throughout the process
• Manage scheduling and ensure smooth communication between all parties
• Show homes to buyers
• Conduct 1-2 open houses per month, depending on activity
• Install and remove lockboxes and manage property access when needed
• Attend inspections, appraisals, and key property appointments
• Assist with handling client questions, updates, and time-sensitive requests
• Help keep the team leader focused by managing priorities and filtering communication
• Ensure no lead or client falls through the cracks
• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
• Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
• Follow-up with leads to increase sales
• Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community

Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate License (required)
• Member of the NE Florida Association of Realtors (or agrees to join)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to take direction once and execute independently without constant supervision
• Proactive and solution-oriented with a high level of ownership
• Comfortable working in the field (homes, clients, showings, inspections, open houses)
• Available to work some evenings and weekends as needed
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and real estate tools
• Experience as a Realtor or builder site agent preferred
• Desire to grow into a team agent role within 18-24 months
