Job Description:
Case and Documentation Support
- Make charging decisions on incoming reports, create and manage records within the student conduct database, assign cases, create/send case correspondence.
- Coordinate case completion for Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution. This may include evaluating submitted documentation, updating records and running reports within the student conduct database, sending correspondence related to case status, and placing service indicator holds on student accounts.
- Maintain accurate organization of case files using established office procedures.
- Add case notes based on provided information and ensure data is complete and accurate.
Communication and Administrative Support
- Serve as the primary reviewer of the SCCR email inbox and triage communications based on urgency and content.
- Respond to general inquiries by phone or email and forward messages to appropriate staff.
- Conduct outreach to campus departments to schedule meetings or gather needed information.
- Coordinate and schedule administrative meetings, investigations, and hearings for SCCR staff.
- Assist with the coordination of hearings by scheduling meetings, admitting and removing participants via Zoom, and ensuring smooth logistical support as needed.
Process Management
- Manage the record overlay and service indicator processes for all cases.
- Coordinate the dean certification process for students applying to graduate and/or professional schools, study abroad programs, and other positions or institutions requiring conduct history verification. Respond to reference checks from various agencies.
- Oversee and provide direction to student assistants in their office administrative duties
