Role: ServiceNow Pre-Sales Solution Lead
Position Overview

Convene is seeking a ServiceNow Pre-Sales Solution Lead to support our growing consulting practice.
Focus is on solutioning, scoping, and supporting revenue growth across ServiceNow engagements.
The ideal candidate is confident in front of clients, comfortable leading technical discovery conversations, and able to independently scope and price projects in partnership with our sales team.

Note
This is a part-time, revenue-driving role with opportunity to expand as the practice grows.
This is not a hands-on developer role, and not a day-to-day delivery management position.

Primary Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Solutioning (Core Focus)
Lead technical discovery calls with prospective clients
Translate business needs into high-level ServiceNow solutions
Define implementation approach and delivery model
Scope projects, estimate effort, and develop pricing
Draft or support Statements of Work (SOWs)
Partner with sales team during proposal and closing phases
Present solution strategy to CIO / VP-level stakeholders
Must be able to operate independently in pre-sales conversations without relying on architects or developers for confidence.

Sales Partnership
Collaborate with hunters and account managers to shape opportunities
Provide credibility during client presentations
Identify expansion pathways within existing ServiceNow accounts
Support co-sell motions with ServiceNow partner ecosystem

Light Delivery Oversight (Secondary)
Provide guidance during project kickoff
Ensure proposed solution aligns with delivery execution
Support risk identification early in project lifecycle

Qualifications
7+ years of ServiceNow experience (consulting environment preferred)
Demonstrated experience leading pre-sales conversations
Strong scoping and estimation skills
Comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders
Experience supporting ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or related modules
Experience working with offshore/nearshore delivery teams

Candidates uncomfortable leading solution conversations

Proposal win rate
ServiceNow consulting revenue growth
Gross margin accuracy (scope vs. actual)
Client confidence in pre-sales phase
