Pay: $15.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, year-round
Hours of Operation: Postal Counter hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Schedule: Your schedule will fall within those hours, including some Saturdays.

Join our Postal Counter team as the friendly face of Sun Harvest Citrus, helping guests ship their packages with a little Fun, Family, Florida spirit. This is an in-person role, and when the counter is quiet you may also lend a hand in our retail area.

What You'll Do
- Greet guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and provide the Sun Harvest Citrus experience at the Postal Counter
- Learn our products and services and share them with guests
- Learn postal rules and regulations and explain them clearly to guests
- Record sales accurately in our Point of Sale system
- Advise guests on packing for shipping using our established procedures and products
- Receive and process packages, including lifting and weighing them and using our shipment software to generate labels
- Assist in the retail area as needed
What We're Looking For

- A commitment to "wowing" our guests
- Retail customer service and sales experience preferred (2 years ideal)
- Point of Sale and basic computer experience
- Tact and a friendly, patient manner with guests in person and over the phone
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a seasonally busy environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
