Position Summary
The Physician and Provider Recruiter facilitates the placement of physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) to ensure access to high-quality medical services throughout the communities BayCare serves. This role maintains a strong understanding of the medical community and BayCare Health System services while utilizing recruitment, marketing, public relations, and business development techniques to attract top clinical talent. The recruiter serves as a key liaison between candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Minimum Qualifications
Education & Experience
Candidates must meet one of the following combinations:
- Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of related experience; or
- Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of experience as a Provider Recruitment Specialist; or
- High school diploma or GED and four (4) years of physician recruitment or healthcare recruitment experience.
Preferred Certifications
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
- Certified Medical Staff Recruiter (CMSR)
- Recruitment Management Specialist Recruiter (RMSR)
- Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment (AAPPR) Certification
