What will you do? As a Peer Support Specialist at Aspire Health Partners, your jobpurpose will be to provide a variety of essential functions to workcollaboratively with program participants.
These functions include:
- Providing directsupport to program participants.
- Working withmulti-disciplinary teams to gather information and provide the best wraparoundcare possible for clients.
- Documentingclearly and effectively in the Electronic Health Record.
- Following allprogram specific protocols in relation to specified role, maintaining fidelityto program model.
- Maintaining allrequired credentials necessary to perform job functions.
Qualifications
- High SchoolDiploma
- Specializedcertification as a Peer Recovery Specialist or Parent Coach may also berequired, based on specific program
