Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and guests throughout the College of Dentistry.
- Provide directions and wayfinding assistance to clinics, offices, and other destinations.
- Escort patients with mobility challenges when needed.
- Communicate temporary route changes, clinic relocations, and building access updates during renovation activities.
- Answer general questions and connect patients with appropriate clinic personnel when necessary.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful presence in assigned areas.
- Support efforts to enhance the patient experience and promote excellent customer service.

$15.00/hr
