Job Summary: We are seeking an entry-level Logistics & Freight Forwarding Supervisor to oversee daily shipping operations and support a team of coordinators. This role ensures shipments move efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with regulations while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily freight operations (air, ocean, domestic & international)
- Monitor shipments from booking through delivery
- Review shipping documents for accuracy (B/L, AWB, invoices, ISF, AES)
- Support and guide logistics coordinators; assign daily tasks
- Coordinate with carriers, truckers, warehouses, and customs brokers
- Resolve shipment delays and customer issues
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and trade regulations
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics
- Basic knowledge of air and ocean freight operations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in logistics systems and Microsoft Excel
Preferred:
- Prior lead or team-support experience
- Bilingual (Spanish a plus)
