You went out on your own for good reasons - and you did the clinical work well. But if private practice or platform work has slowly turned "be your own boss" into being your own biller, scheduler, collections team, and marketing department, you already know the feeling.

You still love sitting with clients. It's everything around that hour that has worn you down.

Seasons Psychotherapy Associates is an established outpatient group practice in Florida, and we're hiring fully licensed therapists - LCSW, LMHC, and LMFT - into hybrid W-2 roles in Broward County. We're not a better 1099 platform. We're a real professional home, with the infrastructure already built, so you can focus on therapy again.

Why Seasons

Seasons is an established outpatient group practice with 45+ clinicians and offices in Coral Springs, Davie, Fort Lauderdale, and Tampa. We've built what is genuinely hard to build alone: credentialed insurance panels, a steady community reputation, and a real clinical team.

For you, that means you are not expected to chase leads, optimize a profile, or market yourself between sessions. You join a practice with established referral flow, operational support, and colleagues you can actually consult, staff cases, and decompress with - the kind of everyday professional company that solo and platform work rarely offers.

What you'll do

This is a hybrid role: regular in-person sessions in our Broward County offices, plus telehealth. You'll carry a sustainable caseload built largely from steady internal referrals - clients who are a real fit for your clinical strengths - and provide consistent, high-quality outpatient psychotherapy with reliable, timely documentation.

Your focus stays where it belongs: on clients and clinical relationships. The structure around you is ours to run, so your week looks like clinical work - not clinical work plus a second unpaid job.

What we handle

The administrative weight that quietly eats your evenings is not your job here. We take care of:
  • Billing, collections, and payer issues
  • Credentialing and re-credentialing
  • Scheduling support
  • Referral generation and marketing
  • Administrative systems and practice infrastructure

You bring the clinical expertise. We carry the business side.

Compensation and benefits

This is a true W-2 role, not 1099. Variable-hour clinicians earn 60% of net collections, paid biweekly - typically about $52-$78+ per face-to-face therapy hour, depending on payer mix. Realistic full-time earnings run approximately $70,000-$98,000+ at 24-30+ sessions per week, depending on payer mix and a sustained caseload.

We offer both variable-hour / fee-for-service and regular full-time / salaried tracks. Eligible employees have access to subsidized medical coverage, employer-paid employee dental, employer-paid vision, basic life and AD&D, short-term disability, and retirement benefits under current plan terms. Benefits eligibility depends on your employment track and plan rules, and we'll walk you through the specifics during the process.

Requirements
  • Active, unrestricted Florida license: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
  • Fully licensed, not pre-licensure / registered intern
  • Able to work in person, on a regular basis, in our Broward County offices, in addition to telehealth
  • Comfortable carrying a steady, insurance-based caseload
  • Strong clinical fundamentals and timely documentation
  • Genuine interest in being part of a clinical team

Who this is not for

This is not a platform role.

If you want to post a profile, control every rate and policy, work fully remote, and wait for clients to bite, you will probably be happier elsewhere.

Seasons is a group practice with a real intake engine. We are not offering a directory listing with payment processing attached. We have insurance-panel demand, scheduling support, administrative infrastructure, clinical colleagues, and a process built to help fill your caseload with appropriate clients over time.

That means less business-building on your shoulders - and more expectation that you show up as part of a real clinical team.

If you want to keep being the whole business, this is not the role. If you want a supported professional home where the practice helps carry the business side, it may be.
