Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident
- Supervise certified nursing assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation
- Oversee falls and pressure sore prevention programs
- Provide nursing services, including conducting and documenting thorough evaluations of each resident's medical status
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN
- Experience in skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities preferred
- Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
