Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a community-inspired, passion-driven, and team-oriented IT Systems Admin to join our Tampa team in our Tampa Support Center. The position will be working from our Tampa Support Center in office 3-days per week, and work remotely from home 2-days per week as a Hybrid position. The office hours are 8:00-5:00pm, Monday through Friday. The schedule is non-negotiable and subject to change.

Summary: IT Systems Administrator is responsible for working in a Windows software environment. The responsibility of the individual is to manage the instances of the cloud infrastructure services and the multiple cloud servers. The professional also leads, oversees and maintains, multiuser computing environment as per the requirements of the organization. The individual in this position must have strong technical knowledge of virtual machines and Software as a Service (SaaS). Work with helpdesk team for escalated issues

Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary escalation point for tickets the Level 1 team is unable to resolve independently.
- Review escalated tickets for completeness and accuracy before taking ownership.
- Troubleshoots, software, hardware, and network related issues.
- Provide problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
- Coordinates activities with network services and information systems groups.
- Provides updates, status and completion information to managers and/or users, via phone, e-mail/chat or in-person communication.
- Connects users to networks and provides initial training in facilities and applications.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and licensing.
- Manage user accounts, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and permissions within the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Handle multi-factor authentication (MFA) setup, resets, and Conditional Access policy support.
- Support VoIP systems.
- Support EDR/Cyber systems.
- Administers remote devices through cloud-based interfaces.
- Support VPN.
- Support Firewalls for offices.
- Work with Email Security Systems and Archiving System.
- Assists in the customization and adaptation of existing programs to meet users' requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Collaborate with senior cloud team on escalated issues.
Miscellaneous
- Participate in any variety of meetings and task force groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, and policies.
- Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with all company policy and regulatory requirements.
- Ensures constant education and enforcement of Fair Housing laws, EEO laws and RPS policies.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives.
Position Requirements:- Education: High school diploma; GED or Trade School; Associate Degree preferred. CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years troubleshooting and Technology experience required
- Skills & Certifications:
- Working in an AWS environment (AWS EC2, S3, IAM). Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, NTFS, DHCP, PowerShell. Windows 11. Office365 (SharePoint, Exchange, Intune...), Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid. Windows and Cloud System Monitoring. Ticketing system. Participating in a 24/7 on call rotation. Proficient in time management.
