Role Purpose
The Tosca Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automated testing solutions using Tricentis Tosca to ensure quality and reliability of enterprise applications across ERP, web, and API platforms. The role supports Agile delivery and enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and execute automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca (Model-Based Automation)
• Automate testing for web, SAP, API, desktop, and mobile applications
• Create and maintain reusable Tosca modules and automation components
• Perform functional, regression, system, and end-to-end testing
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test strategies
• Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar)
• Analyze test results, log defects, and provide clear test reports
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Support test data preparation and environment validation
• Ensure adherence to TCS QA standards, best practices, and governance

Technical Skills (Mandatory)
• Tricentis Tosca - Model-Based Automation
• Test Automation frameworks and methodologies
• API testing (REST / SOAP)
• Database validation using SQL
• SDLC and STLC concepts

Technical Skills (Good to Have)
• Salesforce testing experience
• AS400 Rentalman experience
• CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
• Test management tools: qTest, Jira, ALM
• Exposure to performance or security testing tools

Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Certifications (Preferred)
• Tricentis Tosca Certification (AS1 / AS2 or higher)
