Validate mappings through data profiling and reconciliation.
Use Case Enablement
Partner with business stakeholders to define how Customer 360 data enables key retail use cases, such as:

Personalization
Churn prediction
Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) calculations
Ensure data availability and structure support analytical and activation needs.
Solution Validation & UAT
Act as the functional subject-matter expert during testing and UAT phases.
Validate that solutions meet:

Functional acceptance criteria
Support defect resolution and reconfirm fixes.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
Create and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, including:
Data dictionaries
Process flows
Business rule definitions
Support client knowledge transfer, adoption, and long-term data governance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Experience
5-7 years of experience delivering large-scale data or analytics programs.
Mandatory SAP IS-Retail experience.
Deep hands-on experience in the retail industry, including understanding of:
Householding
Loyalty tiers
Promotional activity
Cross-channel customer behavior
Customer Data & MDM Expertise
Strong experience with Customer 360 / Master Data Management (MDM) concepts.
Experience working with customer identity, matching, and enrichment logic.
Data Analysis & Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in SQL for:
Data profiling
Source-to-target validation
Ad-hoc analysis
Comfortable working directly with data to validate business logic and assumptions.
Communication & Consulting Skills
Exceptional ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work in client-facing consulting environments.
