THE BASICS
Pay: This full-time opportunity offers $15 - $18 per hour plus performance bonuses during the apprenticeship, along with a clear path to a full Comfort Advisor role.
Schedule: This is a full-time position serving customers throughout Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties. Team members will dispatch directly from home each day and will not be required to report to a central office or location before traveling to appointments within their assigned service area.

YOUR DAY AS AN HVAC SALES APPRENTICE
As an HVAC Sales Apprentice, you will train alongside DuctMasters' top-performing Comfort Advisors and learn the company's systems and processes through ServiceTitan. Throughout the day, you will participate in real in-home consultations with customers across Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties. You will learn how to size HVAC systems, present solution options, and guide customers through the decision-making process. With structured mentorship and ongoing coaching, you will build your skills in presenting recommendations and closing deals while working toward established ramp milestones that will prepare you for a future Comfort Advisor position.

- Ability to develop sales and closing skills
