Position - General Services-Proj Mgmt/Business Ops Location: Lakeland, FL Work Mode: Onsite Interview mode: In person <ul><li>We are looking for a General Services / Business Operations professional to support facility operations, inventory, vehicles, warehouse activities, site inspections, and disaster preparedness across the Central Florida region.</li></ul> Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage PPE, DSNAP inventory, supplies, warehouse, and surplus equipment.</li><li>Maintain state vehicles, emergency response vehicles, and required logs.</li><li>Support office moves, furniture/equipment relocation, and facility setup.</li><li>Manage keys and keycard access systems.</li><li>Conduct facility site inspections and address safety issues.</li><li>Assist IT with equipment moves and support hurricane/disaster preparedness.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Ability to pass **Level 2 background screening and MVR check</li><li>1+ year of supply/warehouse management experience.</li><li>6+ months of fleet, safety/OSHA, facility inspection, and IT equipment experience.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely move office equipment.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.</li><li>Familiarity with Central Florida and GPS.</li></ul>
