Position Overview

Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients nationwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Escrow Processor to join our growing team. The Escrow Processor will process incoming mail by scanning the insurance documents into the system and creating a task in the MSP system. Other duties will include, but may not be limited to: typing and mailing letters; interpreting insurance policies and loan documents; maintaining accurate records; preparing and utilizing reports; and maintaining company policies and procedures.

Essential Functions:
  • Review reports to identify accounts requiring action/attention
  • Assist with report preparation
  • Update system data as needed
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to all inquires
  • Review insurance documents and determine appropriate system to log
  • Process incoming mail in a highly productive mode

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school required
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience working with insurance, mortgage loans preferred
  • Communication - able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, using correct language and grammar in a professional manner.
  • Organization & Time Management - able to work independently with minimal supervision, planning, scheduling and organizing professional schedule to complete actions within established deadlines, handling multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Systems & Software - proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications, MSP experience preferred, Encompass experience a plus

Physical Demand:
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
  • Able to sit at a work station for prolonged periods of time
  • Must be able to physically type
