Triad Financial Services is a leading provider of financial services and solutions, serving clients worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Correspondence Specialist to join our growing team.

Essential Functions:
  • Ability to work and navigate through several different systems and applications
  • Flexible and willingness to adapt to change
  • Responsible for logging and tracking of complaints and social media reviews
  • Ability to handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

  • Ability to conduct an investigation and study of materials and sources in order to establish facts and reach conclusions
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and consistently meet multiple deadlines
  • Conducts general research including, but not limited to, verifying loan data such as payments posted, ARM (Adjustable Rate Mortgage) adjustments, escrow disbursements, escrow analysis and loan balance information.
  • Works closely with internal departments to resolve inquiry, dispute or complaint
  • Generates response letters in accordance with RESPA (Real Estate Settlement and Procedures Act) /CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau)
  • Utilizes knowledge of mortgage loan documentation and escrow; RESPA and FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act)
  • Categorizes incoming correspondence and follow established assignment / escalations process

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Business writing experience
  • Mortgage servicing experience (2+ years)
  • Microsoft Office proficient

Physical Demand:
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Able to sit at a work station for prolonged periods of time
