SUMMARY


Responsible for providing project support to the Carrier Relations team and maintaining the SharePoint database. This role will handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion in relation to the activities of the agency, producers, and staff.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Support the review and administration of the carrier requests workflow on SharePoint.


Process all new market requests on AlliantNet via the New Market Request Form, review new requests for completion and accuracy, and assign new markets to the appropriate Managing Director.


Upon approval of the new market, assign to the appropriate department for additional approvals, and once obtained, assign to the Helpdesk to add to the appropriate AMS.


Oversee and maintain the Carrier Approval Directory.


Assist with M&A book review and vetting of companies by locating ratings of unapproved markets on A&M Best, verifying if M&A carriers/companies are existing and approved Alliant markets, and executing Epic lookup of companies.


Support the Contract Review process by facilitating new or updated contract review between the Business, Carrier Relations, and Legal teams.


Process and track redlines on mutually agreed contract changes and finalize for execution.


Build and coordinate datasheets on SharePoint for various Carrier Relations needs, and rebrand datasheets specific to acquired companies and/or Leveraged Hires.


Maintain Producer Code tracking for new and existing office locations on SharePoint.


Maintain documentation of new and existing Carrier Relations procedures on SharePoint, and provide insight into workflow improvement, modifications, and updates.


Utilize Epic for client lookup to locate the appropriate Producer/Account Manager for email and mail correspondence received from Carriers


Utilize Epic for lookup on carriers to determine if they are an active Alliant market and, if so, the existing code in place.


Other duties as assigned.



QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE


Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience


Two (2) or more years of related work experience


One (1) or more years of experience using SharePoint



SKILLS


Proficient in Microsoft Office products; intermediate in Excel, Word, and SharePoint


Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Strong problem-solving, planning, organizational, and prioritization skills


Advanced research skills


Exceptional ability to work within a team


Exceptional ability to multitask on multiple high-priority projects


Ability to be flexible, resourceful, and adaptive in an evolving organization


Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines
