For over 70 years, the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) team has supported the Navy's mission to provide affordable and credible strategic defense. This program continues to grow as the Nation increasingly relies on us for Deterrence. We require more integration than ever. As a Program Management Manager for Capability Development and Integration, you will:
• Oversee development pipelines for next-generation capabilities across the Trident Program.
• Manage flight test processes and best practices across sea and ground based test launches.
• Ensure reentry and missile compatibility readiness for flight and deployment.
• Prepare the FBM program for utilization of multiple platforms for tech maturation and insertion readiness.
Basic Qualifications:
• Active DoD Secret clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret
• Experience managing programs and allocating resources to meet contractual commitments, milestones, and budgets
• Previous collaboration with customers and senior/executive leadership
• Program Management, Systems engineering or similar training
• Previous leadership experience
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge and experience with large scale, complex missile, reentry, launch vehicle or space systems including familiarity with products, designs, program processes, subcontractor teams, and US DoD customers
• Ability to recruit, train and develop team members
• Ability to interface across multiple disciplines and programs
• Experience across multiple systems engineering fields (architecture, requirements, integration, verification, etc.)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
• Systems Thinking mentality and continuous improvement attitude
• Experience with SSP, Navy
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
