Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic customer service team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document all interactions in the customer relationship management system.

Qualifications

Requirements
