PATLive is seeking skilled and personable individuals for a remote role handling incoming calls for the Florida Department of State, Division of Elections. Key Responsibilities

Your Daily Impact:
  • Inbound Call Management: Handle a high volume of incoming calls for the the Florida Department of State, Division of Elections, assisting Florida voters, ensuring every caller receives outstanding service.
  • Exceptional Customer Care: Deliver courteous, professional, and accurate assistance to all incoming callers, ensuring an excellent service experience from start to finish.
  • Effective Resolution: Actively listen to and resolve caller questions and concerns with clarity, patience, and empathy.
  • Professional Phone Presence: Maintain a clear, confident, and articulate verbal demeanor, serving as a positive and trusted voice.
  • Engaging Communication: Translate complex information into friendly, easy-to-understand guidance while building a strong rapport with callers.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Strictly adhere to established program guidelines, operational policies, and standard call-handling procedures to ensure quality control.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

What We're Searching For:
  • Exceptional Communication: You possess excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating friendliness and patience in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.
  • Full-Time Availability: You are available to work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.
  • Technical Proficiency: You are comfortable using computers and navigating various software applications.
  • Dedicated Workspace: You have a quiet, distraction-free home office environment.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Reliable Internet: A stable, wired internet connection to your Wi-Fi router or cable modem, with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
  • Professional Equipment: A high-quality wired USB plug in headset, keyboard, and mouse are required for optimal performance.
  • Background Check: You are able to pass a background check.
  • Residency Requirement: We currently prefer candidates from Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas for existing job opportunities. We kindly request that individuals residing outside of these states refrain from applying.
