Assistant Cook needed for school food service in the West Palm Beach, FL area. Monday through Friday, day shift, 4 hours daily. No weekends or holidays, summers off!

Responsibilities:
- Assist the kitchen Manager with food preparation and cooking menu items according to the NSLP requirements.
- Unpack and properly store food deliveries.
- Rotate stock and maintain proper inventory organization.
- Adhere to all safety and food handling procedures.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Keep kitchen and work areas clean and organized.
- Work cooperatively with kitchen staff and management.
- Follows instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of cooking experience
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
- Obtain proper documentation to work in schools.
