Great outcomes start with great people and Armor has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger and accounting records
- Record and reconcile daily financial transactions
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Process accounts receivable
- Assist with monthly financial statement preparation
- Prepare account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Assist with 1099 preparation and vendor information verification
- Prepare and organize financial reports and supporting documentation
- Assist with audits and tax-related requests
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with bank reconciliations and general ledger accounts
- Experience preparing financial statements
- Experience with multiple companies or locations
