Our mission is simple: make local hiring easier, more direct, and more effective. We help job seekers discover real opportunities from employers hiring across Melbourne, Palm Bay, Titusville, Cocoa, Rockledge, Merritt Island, Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Viera, West Melbourne, Satellite Beach, and surrounding Brevard County communities.
As part of the Florida Talent Network, SpaceCoastJobs.com gives employers and job seekers access to local hiring tools, recruitment marketing solutions, and statewide visibility while keeping the job search experience focused on Brevard County and the Space Coast community.
“Transparency is our promise. For job seekers, your resume and email address stay yours, helping create direct, personalized communication with employers. For employers, it means access to authentic, engaged talent through local outreach, recruitment marketing, and trusted Florida employment platforms.”
Roger Lear, CEO, Florida Talent Network
Our Story
The Florida Talent Network was built on decades of experience in the job board and recruitment marketing industry.
Our journey began in 2001 with the launch of GreatInsuranceJobs.com, one of the first niche job boards dedicated to the insurance industry. From there, we expanded into Florida with OrlandoJobs.com, which has served Central Florida employers and job seekers for more than 20 years.
Over the years, we also launched and developed local Florida job boards serving major hiring markets including Tampa Bay, Jacksonville, Miami, and other growing regions across the state. In 2026, we brought our Florida platforms together under one modern, high-tech, locally focused network: the Florida Talent Network.
The goal is simple: combine powerful job board technology, recruitment marketing tools, and statewide reach with something that still matters more than ever, authentic local hiring connections.
Our Focus
SpaceCoastJobs.com is built to serve the unique hiring needs of Brevard County and Florida’s Space Coast. We focus on real local jobs, direct employer connections, and a better experience for both job seekers and hiring companies.
The Space Coast is known around the world for aerospace, defense, engineering, technology, space exploration, and innovation. But Brevard County is much more than one industry. Local employers are hiring across healthcare, education, hospitality, government, construction, manufacturing, logistics, customer service, skilled trades, professional services, tourism, retail, and local business.
We believe job seekers should not have to fight through walls just to apply for a job. Confusing redirects, long forms, sign-up screens, and mobile-unfriendly applications make the process harder than it should be. SpaceCoastJobs.com is designed to make the path between the candidate and the employer cleaner, faster, and more direct.
For employers, hiring is personal. Every job opening matters, every team member matters, and finding the right person can change everything. That is why we help promote local job openings in multiple ways, giving employers more visibility with candidates who want to work in Brevard County and across Florida’s Space Coast.
